Job Overview

Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of inclusive humanitarian and protection programmes in refugee camps and host communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on protection and inclusion of People with Specific Needs (PSNs).
• Engage with national and international humanitarian actors to strengthen inclusive responses.
• Build capacity of national staff and local implementing partners.
• Participate in management and strategic planning processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Humanitarian Studies, or Disaster/Conflict Management.
• Experience in humanitarian and/or development protection programming.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion of older people.
• Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
