Position Overview

Software Sales Executive – Nairobi

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Software Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions to existing and prospective customers. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong sales background and experience in software product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Focus on new business development leveraging industry connections.
  • Provide software solutions like ERP, POS, and Human Resource software.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in software sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Continuous improvement mindset through feedback and learning.
