Job Summary

Turkish Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Station Agents to provide outstanding passenger services, ensure smooth airport operations, and create memorable travel experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers and facilitate smooth coordination between crew, handling agents, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs, and immigration.
• Prepare and verify all necessary flight documents accurately.
• Place orders for daily catering services and maintain comprehensive flight records.
• Handle post-flight document filing and perform statistical analysis of flight coupons.
• Coordinate with handling agents to locate and deliver lost baggage, and follow the compensation process if needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or high school graduation.
• Permanent residence permit in the respective country (company does not provide work permits).
• Minimum 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, including overnight shifts.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in local language(s).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated responsibility and decision-making skills.
