Job Overview

The Key Purpose of this role is to lead the shift-based team/s in the execution of the production plan to the required performance criteria (QCDSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shift-based teams to achieve production plans within allowed costs.
• Ensure Packaging Efficiencies are attained (GLY, OSE, LEF).
• Comply with safety, health, and environmental procedures and legislation.
• Facilitate team problem solving and decision-making techniques.
• Implement performance management and OPR processes.

Qualifications

• Min – Post Matric Tertiary Qualification e.g. National Diploma or equivalent in engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in FMCG environment.
• Experience in a packaging process environment and supervisory level experience.
• Computer literate with knowledge of SAP and Voyager Plant Optimisation (VPO).
