Job Overview

Responsible for operating and supervising brewing equipment to ensure consistent beer quality and production efficiency while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and shut down equipment as per SOP.
  • Ensure products meet all quality standards and maintain equipment hygiene.
  • Follow EHS procedures including CILT and LOTOTO.
  • Conduct basic maintenance, inspections, and equipment changeovers.
  • Capture operational data using platforms like Orbis, Harford, and STRATA.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in food Science and Technology, Chemical engineering or Biological Science.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling machines and autonomous maintenance in manufacturing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify deviations using MMS tools.
  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) standards.
