Job Overview

Platinum Credit is seeking five (5) motivated Telesales Agent Trainees to join our dynamic Sales Division (CS) at the Head Office in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidates will be energetic, persuasive, and eager to develop a career in sales and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to and from clients.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Mobilize and cooperate with team members to achieve sales objectives.
  • Inform clients about current market trends and new products.
  • Implement company policies and uphold high customer service standards.
  • Report customer concerns to the supervisor and suggest solutions for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies

  • At least an Ordinary Diploma in any business-related field.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Internet, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
