Job Overview

This internal-facing role bridges the gap between sales and technical delivery. You will design transformation roadmaps leveraging Digital Transformation, Generative AI, CCaaS, and Process Excellence (Lean Six Sigma) to solve complex client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical and operational RFP responses.
• Translate client discovery insights into actionable solution concepts and ROI models.
• Support client presentations with slide decks, demo scripts, and proof-of-concept materials.
• Develop reusable solution frameworks and playbooks for AI-powered automation and omnichannel migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (MBA/MS preferred).
• 4-5 years of experience in solution consulting or pre-sales engineering within BPO or CX.
• Strong knowledge of CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect) and Automation (RPA/AI).
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL are a strong plus.
