Job Overview

ZCL invites qualified Tanzanian drivers to apply for Truck Driver (3 Posts).

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport containers and cargo safely between ZCL premises and client destinations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Verify cargo documents and coordinate loading/unloading.
  • Adhere to schedules, routes, and safety standards.
  • Report mechanical issues and maintain trip logs.
  • Represent ZCL professionally at all times.

Qualifications

  • Valid Tanzanian Class E or CE Driving License.
  • 3–5 years’ truck driving experience.
  • Knowledge of port operations and customs procedures.
  • Defensive driving training is an added advantage.
